Cancellation & Refund Policy

General Terms
- Bookings can be cancelled via website, app, call, or email.
- Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before pickup.
- If the trip is cancelled during travel, a 100% cancellation charge will apply.
Within-City Rides
- Free cancellation if done 24 hours before pickup.
- Cancellation within 24 hours may attract a 25% cancellation charge.
- If the driver arrives and waits beyond the allowed time, the ride may be marked as a No-Show with a 100% charge.
Outstation Rides
Cancellation charges for outstation rides are as follows:
- After booking: 20% of booking cost
- 7 days before departure: 30% of package cost
- 3 days before departure: 50% of package cost
- 1 day or less: 100% of package cost
Final refund discretion lies with the transporter or cab owner.
Refund Policy
Eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Partial refunds will be processed after applicable deductions.
