Welcome to tbcab (TravBreaks). By accessing, browsing, registering, or booking through our website or mobile application (“Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform and Services.
TravBreaks may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
TravBreaks acts only as a technology platform and facilitator that enables Customers to book cab services offered by third-party Transport Partners. TravBreaks does not guarantee continuous availability of vehicles, categories, or routes and does not independently provide transportation unless expressly stated on the Platform.
You confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details secure. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
A Booking is considered confirmed only when the Platform displays confirmation and/or you receive confirmation through official communication channels (SMS/WhatsApp/email/app notification), and any required payment (full/partial) is successfully processed.
Fare depends on trip type, route, distance, duration, vehicle category, availability, and operational constraints. The Fare shown may include or exclude certain components based on the booking details. Additional charges may apply, including but not limited to tolls, parking, state entry taxes/permits, route deviations, extra stops, waiting beyond included time, cleaning charges for vehicle damage/soiling, and other statutory charges.
An additional night charge of approximately ₹300 applies for rides between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
You agree to:
Pickup or drop delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road conditions, route restrictions, vehicle issues, or other unavoidable reasons. In such cases, the trip may be impacted. Any additional charges, where applicable, must be paid as per booking terms and/or directly to the Driver as applicable.
Cancellation and refund rules may vary by booking type, route, and the specific terms shown at booking time.
No refunds will be processed for bookings marked as non-refundable.
For quicker resolution, you should share Booking ID, registered phone number, trip date/time, and details of the issue. Support is provided via official support channels available on the Platform.
TravBreaks acts only as a facilitator. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fare paid for the disputed ride.
Unauthorized scraping, automation, reverse engineering, misuse, or interference with Platform operations is strictly prohibited. TravBreaks may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy published on the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to jurisdiction as applicable under law.
B2B Partner Agreement • Policy v2.0
These Terms govern the relationship between tbcab (TravBreaks) and you as an Agent when booking cab services on behalf of customers via www.tbcab.in (“Platform”). By using Agent access and placing bookings, you agree to these Agent Terms along with the Customer Terms.
Agent approval is mandatory. TravBreaks may approve, suspend, or revoke Agent status at its discretion based on compliance, operational, or risk considerations.
Agents must ensure that customers are informed of trip inclusions/exclusions, policies, and operational rules applicable to the booking. Agents are responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect booking details provided by them.
Commission, pricing, and payment terms are governed by written agreements. Default may lead to suspension.
Any complaints must be reported within 48 hours of trip completion.
Pickup delays may occur due to traffic or unavoidable reasons. Any additional charges must be paid directly to the driver.
The customer is solely responsible for their travel schedule. TravBreaks is not liable for missed flights, trains, or buses.
One-way and local bookings cannot be modified. Cancel and rebook if required.
No refunds will be processed for bookings marked as non-refundable.
Drivers will wait a maximum of 30 minutes during one-way trips.
A billing day is calculated from 6:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight. Drops after midnight may incur additional day charges.
Unauthorized scraping, automation, or misuse is strictly prohibited.
Pricing, customer data, and business information must remain confidential.
Either party may terminate with 10 days’ notice. Pending dues must be cleared within 5 days.
